All Inclusive Vegas Vacation Packages

Friday, July 23rd, 2010

All inclusive Las Vegas vacations are a smart choice for savvy travelers. With so many attractions and things to do in Las Vegas, the cost of a Vegas vacation can quickly start to soar, and planning how to save money at every turn can consume time and energy. All inclusive Las Vegas vacations are the answer to making your vacation easy and affordable, taking the guesswork out of your trip planning and providing you with great rates.

All inclusive vacations in Las Vegas have several components. First and foremost, they include your hotel stay. There are dozens of excellent hotels in Las Vegas to choose from, both on and off the Strip, each with its own allure, with casinos, restaurants, lounges, clubs, theaters, and a variety of entertaining shows. The first step of choosing among potential all inclusive vacations in Las Vegas is deciding at which hotels you would be most happy to stay and what shows you might want to see.

If you want to be in the bustling heart of everything, the Strip hotels are a good choice. Some hotels, such as the Excalibur or the Luxor Las Vegas, are great for families with children, who will love the arcades, movie theaters, and dinner shows including The Tournament of Kings. Other hotels feature music and dance productions, magic shows, and game shows. In addition to your hotel room, travel packages can also include credits to use at the restaurants, casinos, or entertainment. Even beyond that, all inclusive vacations in Las Vegas can include sightseeing tours to help you orient yourself and learn more about this exciting city.

If you are flying in from outside the state of Nevada, you’ll find it especially useful that all inclusive vacations in Las Vegas also include your airfare, which is a great way to save on flight costs particularly if you book ahead. You won’t have to worry about transportation to and from your hotel either, as travel packages typically include this. Last-minute packages are always available to Las Vegas, but they will likely be more expensive than if you book in advance, and keep in mind that Las Vegas shows are in high demand so many will be sold out if you wait until the last minute.

For the golf fanatics, there are all inclusive Las Vegas vacations that include play time on Las Vegas golf courses. Hotels such as the MGM Grand include rounds at either Anthem-Concord or Silverstone, and other hotels also will take care of booking your tee times and finding you deals.

In general, summer is the busiest season in Las Vegas, so the all inclusive Las Vegas vacations during the warm months will be more expensive. For those on a budget, try to book your trip for the off-season and long in advance in order to secure the best deals on hotels and flights, and to get tickets to the in-demand shows.

All inclusive Las Vegas vacations are an excellent idea for those who want to cut costs and planning time. By combining your airfare, hotel, food, and attractions into one great deal, all inclusive trips leave you free to relax and enjoy your Las Vegas vacation to the fullest.

Las Vegas Hotel Deals: Hotels in Vegas Aren’t as Expensive as You Think

Saturday, March 6th, 2010

Las Vegas is one of the most fun cities in the United States and it does not need to be particularly expensive. If you use the Las Vegas Hotel Deal online hotel reservations site you can always find the best prices on hotel rooms in Vegas.

You may be a bit surprised to find how inexpensive Vegas hotels are when compared to hotels in cities such as New York City. Perhaps it’s because of the huge amount of hotels competing with each other that the room rates are lower. Or maybe it is due to the fact that the hotels in Vegas are in the same buildings as casinos and the owners of the hotel know they will make cash back from you there!

Personally when I go to Las Vegas I always make sure I only bring a certain amount of expendable money for gambling and I promise myself that I won’t visit the ATM while I’m in the casino! People who don’t stick to this “no ATM” rule may find themselves quite a bit poorer on the flight home.

I am such a cheap man that I usually play the cheapest slot machines while getting free drinks from the beautiful ladies (who are always scantily clad.)

Of course it’s much more exciting to play the card games but you must be aware that it’s easy to lose large amounts of cash at the tables quite fast even at the smallest tables. I once lost about $150 in 30 minutes at a $5 blackjack table.

If you hate heat you should also be aware that it’s usually over 100 degrees in Vegas during the summer months. It’s often considerably more than 100 degrees, in fact! Of course, you will be spending most of your visit inside the hotel/casino so if you’re not such a wimp like I am about being baked alive I suppose you could visit there even in July or August!

If you are visiting Las Vegas you will want to check out the Las Vegas Travel Guide. For hotels in other cities Hotel Deals Finder is suggested because it searches every hotel site at once so you always get the lowest rates available.

Las Vegas: A Great Group Travel Destination

Monday, January 4th, 2010

Most people have heard that Las Vegas is Disneyland for adults. What you might not know is that Las Vegas makes a great group travel destination for your next group tour, company retreat, multi generational family vacation or destination wedding.

With over 1100 flights a day landing and departing from the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, transportation to your destination should not be a problem for anyone in your group. Over 125 cities offer direct flights to and from Las Vegas as well. Shuttles from the airport to Strip and Downtown hotels are plentiful and inexpensive. No matter when the individuals making up your group arrive, they will have no trouble getting from the airport to their hotel on their own with a few friendly tips before they leave home.

Upon arrival at their hotel, if their rooms are not ready, you will find friendly bell staffs that are willing to keep their bags for them until check in time. This makes it convenient for travelers to decide what time of the day they would like to arrive in Las Vegas. By planning your first group bus tour, group event, or group meal later in the evening or even early the next day, your group has time to arrive on a schedule that works for them and they wont feel as if they have missed out on anything by arriving later in the day if they need to due to personal or airline schedules.

No matter what kid of budget your group has to work with, there will be plenty of dining and hotel options to choose from. If you are planning group travel for a student group of college students, you will be interested in a different Las Vegas vacation than a multi generational family vacation group. An upscale, luxury minded travel group will be able to find the perfect group travel vacation as will the budget minded group tour leader. Dining options run the gamut from a menu of over 30 items for under $1.00 to a gourmet, 5 star meal prepared by one of the countrys fines chefs.

When it comes to activities, motor coach tours, bus tours or walking tours are all viable options for groups with numerous attractions or group tours to choose from. Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Valley of Fire State Park, and Hoover Dam can all be enjoyed on a group bus tour as well as a tour to the Grand Canyon, just six hours away with lots of optional tours and excursions available for your group along the way.

Groups traveling with kids (or kids at heart) might enjoy a bus tour of roller coasters and theme park like attractions. Any group would enjoy a night time bus tour of the neon lights Las Vegas is famous for.

With the multitude of hotels, dining choices, and bus tour options, planning your group travel itinerary may seem overwhelming. I always recommend looking for a company that specializes in planning group travel when it comes to planning such a multi-faceted trip. Companies like Exploring America for adult groups or Adventure Student Travel for college student groups can take care of all of the finer details, many times get you better prices, and leave you stress free and with nothing to do but pack your lucky rabbits foot for your fabulous Las Vegas vacation. Good luck!
